The staff at Source follow the Safe Access Oahu guidelines inside and outside the office, and have adopted other precautions advised by the City & County of Honolulu. Of course, this includes keeping the office sanitized, washing hands frequently, and wearing masks when appropriate.
Before COVID-19, our office was open for anyone to drop by with questions, paperwork, etc. Now, we just ask you make an appointment first so we can avoid having too many people squeezed together in the office at once. We do ask you wear a mask when visiting, and we have extras if you forget yours.
You must follow the State guidelines and those of your workplace as well. This may include wearing a mask, keeping your hands washed and sanitized, and distancing from co-workers.
Stay aware of how you're feeling on a daily basis. If you begin to notice a cough, fever or any respiratory issue, do NOT go to work. Instead, please call us instead so we can assist you.
This one's tough — although we all want to connect and empathize with each other more than ever, it's important you avoid shaking hands or other unnecessary physical contact with customers and co-workers. Spreading germs won't help spread aloha — let's stay healthy!
Some companies may still hire you without proof of vaccination, but they will require weekly or sometimes daily worksite testing; the fees for your testing can also, in some cases, be docked from your pay.
We highly recommend you get vaccinated, not just for your health but because it opens you to an immensely larger pool of potential jobs.
Your safety is always our top concern, and your workplace should be a safe and professional one. We work hard to ensure that happens with each of the businesses we send anyone to work for.

If you feel your workplace is unsafe because of the virus or physical hazards onsite, please let us know as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue with your supervisor or help you move to another job where you feel more comfortable.
Stay up to date on important workplace safety and standards!
