Oahu's Certified Payroll Specialists

100% free for State & Federal construction projects!

State and Federal construction projects relating to "Public Works" require workers' payroll to be certified –weekly– by third parties like us to ensure your employer is fairly paying your wages. Fortunately, we can provide this for workers completely free of charge!

What counts as government work?

In accordance with the 1931 Davis-Bacon Act, the Department of Labor requires all contractors and subcontractors doing on-site work for any project over $2,000 be certified in this way. Pre- and post-construction work, alteration, demolition, installation, and repairs are often included – even if only partially government-funded.
